INK JET PRINTING

The Mimaki JV3-160S printer uses a 720x720 dpi piezo printhead (3 print heads in-line) to print large-format graphics for indoor and outdoor applications. The JV3, for the first time, uses six colors (cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta, yellow and black) and a variable dot system to produce high quality output with solvent inks. Printing 24 hours a day enables us to produce high volumes in short amounts of time.

Ink jet prints are excellent for banners, decals, trade show graphics, exhibits, backlit displays, fabrics, static cling signage, vehicle wraps, magnets, canvas prints, real estate signs and project signs. We can print 5 feet wide by whatever length you need.

1. Please provide files that are in CMYK.
2. Please provide PMS numbers or a printed sample to match colors;
    call us if you would like a copy of our PMS color chart.
3. Size files to 100% print size.
4. Files should be 150 DPI (or 300 DPI @ 50%)
5. To assure borders are rendered properly, please include Crop Marks.
6. We accept files in Photoshop (CS3 or less), Illustrator (CS3 or less),
    and Quark (Mac only, version 6 or less).
7. Be sure to delete paths and Channels, and to flatten layers; these tool features can
    interfere with proper image rendering and printing.
8. Please provide uncompressed files.
9. Include all printer and screen fonts, postscript only.
10. When using text in a vector based program (i.e.: Illustrator, etc.)
     convert all text to outlines or paths.
